HTC, one of the most famous smartphone companies, has made another success in its phone line. That is the introduction of one of the best “mini” smart phone which is the HTC one mini II. The HTC one mini II not much like a small package as it name describes has turned out to be a quite higher value phone in the market. This product can further be prescribed as the continuation of last year’s release of HTC one mini I. The Taiwanese company further focuses the agenda on building strong metal body phones with excellent quality to keep it’ reputation after it won the GSMA award in 2013 for the best phone of the year and after it got attacked quite fluently by the critics for the creation of M8.
Since then HTC is more focused on the build quality of it’s well known products. The one mini II is designed clearly to fulfill the demands of this android generation. It has an elegant style and is absolutely good looking but it lacks the final touch that is present in the recent phones introduced by other companies such as the Samsung Galaxy S5 which has completely axed the five star flagship up till now. There have been some questions raised regarding its name but it is generally smaller in size as compared to the new M8. It definitely looks the same as the HTC One M8 but it does not give the same feel.
This is mainly because of the cheap manufacturing that the HTC is bringing into use nowadays. However the material used to build the body is a metal mainly aluminum is used but it is not pure and it doesn’t give the same touch as of the HTC one M8. It is quite comforting to the users as it has a curved back which fits and holds up on the hands quite easily. It does not weigh a lot, only 137 grams. It is about 10.6mm thick and this feature makes it a bit heavier than its two present rivals the Sony Xperia Z1 compact and the IPhone 5C. It has a screen of 4.5 inches compared to the One M8 which has a screen of 5 inches.
However it is narrower by over 5 mm and shorter by about 9mm which makes it easy to use. It comes armed with a brighter screen and a brilliant sharp screen despite being 720p as compared to 1080p of M8 which result in good picture quality and excellent photo angles. The boom-sound speakers of HTC are vital in this phone but are lower in frequency than of M8. It’s features are Screen: 4.5in 720p LCD,: 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400RAM: 1GB of RAM, 16GB with a micro SD card slot for expansion, Android 4.4.2 ,“KitKat”, Camera: 13-megapixel rear camera, 5MP front-facing camera, LTE, Wi-Fi ,(n/ac), NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 with BLE and GPS, Dimensions 137.4 x 65 x 10.6mm and Weight: 137g.
The main feature of this phone is the front camera with excellent image quality which makes it a selfie mini phone.
