Dealing With the Issue of Balding

One of the latest concerns that are plaguing people nowadays is hair loss. It has been revealed by hair experts that even though it was a rarity, premature balding is rapidly becoming a trend. What’s even worse is that in the past it was genes and bad luck that usually led to the issue of balding, but today it is the lifestyle of individuals that’s contributing to complete hair loss. When people start losing hair, their first thought is to rush to a salon and undergo treatment of some sort to prevent it. This means having to spend lots of money, but the problem is that it doesn’t provide them with long lasting and noticeable results.

It is best for individuals to stop hair loss and balding naturally rather than wasting their money in this way. Some home remedies that can prove to be very helpful in this difficult situation are:

Hot Oil Treatments

Purchase any natural oil such as olive, canola or coconut and warm it up. However, make sure that it’s not too hot because it has to be massaged onto the scalp and has to be left onto the head for about an hour. The hair can be covered with the help of a shower cap. Wash your hair with shampoo after an hour. The scalp can also be massaged a few times for the purpose of improving and increasing circulation. This will keep the hair follicles active. It is best to use bay, lavender or almond essential oil or even sesame base oil for this purpose.

Take a cup of water and brew two bags of green tea in it. This warm tea should then be applied to the scalp. Rinse the mixture off the hair after an hour. Green tea contains antioxidants that not only prevent hair loss, but also boost hair growth.

Salt and Pepper

Take 8 to 10 black pepper corns and add about 7 lemon seeds to it. Both of these ingredients should be crushed together and the powder should be applied on the scalp. Application is recommended twice a day for a few weeks. Some people might feel a bit of irritation, but it can increase blood circulation and stimulate hair growth in this manner.

Cinnamon and Olive Oil

One tablespoon of cinnamon powder should be added to two tablespoon of honey to it. Then add 3 tablespoon of olive oil and mix these ingredients together properly. Apply this mixture onto the bald patches and let it remain for 20 minutes before washing it off.

Henna Leaves and Mustard Oil

Mustard oil and henna leaves should be boiled together. 250 ml of oil is required and a tin basin can be used for boiling it. Add about 60 grams of henna leaves and let them boil until they are fully burnt. Filter the oil with a cloth and massage this oil onto the scalp. Hair growth will be promoted with this oil and people will have abundant hair in no time at all and in a completely natural way.
