The effects are also shown in untimely meals where person stops eating his meals on the regular breakfast, lunch and dinner times. Feeling sleepy all day or falling asleep while reading, driving or doing other similar things are also the effects of sleep problems. If your young children are not able to concentrate on their studies, this can also be an issue related to sleeplessness.
